Shipping & FAQ

Free standard shipping is available for all Canadian orders.

When will I receive my art in Canada?
Items are shipped Canada Post with tracking. From the time they
are shipped they will arrive in 3-5 business days. 

When will I receive my art in the U.S.A.?
Your order is shipped Canada Post with Tracking From the time it
is shipped it will take 6-8 business days. 

When will my art ship?
I do my best to get orders out within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email when your order ships. However, if you need a rush
art fix, please let me know and I will make every effort to put some great Art
in your hands ASAP.

What about Duties & Customs?
PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay any duties, custom fees, or any other
associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before
purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web.

Every country varies. We are not responsible for any delays that may happen at
customs.

My Art Arrived Damaged. What should I do?
Please notify me immediately if art was damaged in transit so I
can immediately file insurance claims and arrange a replacement. 

My Art Never Arrived. What should I do?
Domestic packages are deemed “lost” after 30 days from the
shipment date. US and International packages are deemed “lost” after
60 days from shipment date. I cannot consider a packages “lost” until
after the posted date. Please wait until that time to contact me.

I will then replace the missing item by another painting, you will

be given a refund in the form of account credit for any lost item.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

How secure is this store?
Your confidential information is encrypted in transit from your
computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an
encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially
available). 

 

 

 

RETURN - EXCHANGE - REFUND:
 
If you aren't completely delighted with your art, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Please email nathalie-freniere@hotmai.com to arrange a return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
 
The refund is made once the work is returned to the artist.
 
No charge is applied if there is an exchange of artwork.
 
The return or exchange is at the expense of the purchaser.
 
The return of the work must be in its original packaging and in good condition including the certificate of authenticity.
